Empower yourself through knowledge and support in our education-focused gynaecological cancer sessions. Join us in learning and growing together. Sessions are for anyone who has been impacted by a gynaecological cancer.
13 February - Finding your new normal - Hosted by Rebecca Lee. Rebecca is a registered health psychologist. Discover essential guidance for navigating life during and post cancer treatment. Gain insights, coping strategies, and support for your journey to recovery.
27 February - Pelvic Health - Hosted by Susan Larson. Susan is a certified cancer rehabilitation and pelvic health physiotherapist. This session will cover bladder and bowel health, sexual function, pelvic floor muscles and overall strength and fitness.
13 March - Menopause - Hosted by Rachel Springer. Rachel is an Obstetric and Gynaecological Registrar. Discover effective coping strategies for managing menopause induced by gynaecological cancer treatment.

The Look Good Feel Better wellbeing programme features skincare and make-up classes throughout New Zealand, to online sessions including chair yoga and gentle Pilates, on-demand refresher videos, expert Q&As and podcasts. You can join as many classes as you need, and don’t need to have lost your hair or be in active treatment
Join us for a practical and informative session led by experts in their field, Grant Bettjeman, professional and award-winning hairdresser, and Adrian Evans, professional and highly experienced barber on caring for men’s hair and skin during cancer treatment.
This session will cover essential strategies for maintaining and managing changes to hair and skin and adapting grooming routines while facing cancer. Learn techniques to help reduce irritation, manage sensitive skin, and establish a self-care routine that supports overall wellbeing to help you feel your best through cancer treatment and beyond.
